Abstract

An Articles of Agreement signed by George Bringhurst, Samuel Park, Shaw & Lobdell, and William Sansom, who are owners of property bounding the Christ Church Burial Ground. The signers declare that they claim no right to the windows they have opened looking upon the burial ground, acknowledging that they remain open merely by the permission and sufferance of the Rector, Church-Wardens, and Vestry Men of the United Churches of Christ-Church, St. Peter's Church, and St. James's Church in Philadelphia [Image 1].
