Articles of Agreement submitted to the corporation regarding properties adjacent to the burial ground. The subscribers, who are owners of property bounding the Christ Church Burial Ground, formally agree that windows they have opened looking upon the burial ground are by permission of the church, and they claim no permanent right to them.

An Articles of Agreement signed by George Bringhurst, Samuel Park, Shaw & Lobdell, and William Sansom, who are owners of property bounding the Christ Church Burial Ground. The signers declare that they claim no right to the windows they have opened looking upon the burial ground, acknowledging that they remain open merely by the permission and sufferance of the Rector, Church-Wardens, and Vestry Men of the United Churches of Christ-Church, St. Peter's Church, and St. James's Church in Philadelphia [Image 1]. The property owners covenant to close the said windows upon request or direction, and agree to conform to any rules and regulations directed by the church committee while they are permitted to keep them open [Image 1].
